Week of September 18th: Preparation

I’m giving myself this week to get this project setup. Here’s the task list:

  • Set clear goals
  • Define Key Success Factors for achieve each goal
  • Setup phases to accomplish various milestones
  • Create a basic nutrition plan that’s easy to follow, has a moderate calorie deficit for fat loss, and is composed of real food.  Cooking is a passion, but when I come home fatigued on a Wednesday night, I need simplicity in the kitchen, and stock on hand
  • Capture initial baseline measures: body weight, fat percentage, body tape measures, a 500m swim time, and an easy run baseline test
  • Create a basic layout for the the day in order to ensure that “I had no time to train” isn’t an excuse, and I’m under the duvet at a reasonable time

Planning is done, it’s time to execute….
