Project 2021: Designing the Healthy Middle Age Man. Part 3, Mapping The Action Plan

I’m breaking Project 2021 into 3 major delivery phases, with each having significant, but different challenges. Within each phase, each week is a self contained “sprint” with planning, execution, and review/feedback.

3 Phases of Project 2021

Phase 1: Endurance and Strength Consistency + 99kg Challenge, 14 weeks

Phase 2:  Building Endurance, Strength & Skills + Goal Weight, 26 weeks

Key outputs: A continued focus on body composition and continued training consistency. Further details to come at the end of October.

Phase 3: Ironman-specific Prep, 19 weeks

Key outputs: Focused efforts and buildup to Ironman Portugal. Details to come in April.
