Project 2020: Designing the Healthy Middle Age Man. Part 3–Mapping The Action Plan

Note: Updated May 9th after some season re-planning due to postponed races due to COVID-19.

I’m breaking Project 2020 into 2 major delivery phases, with each having significant, but different challenges. Within each phase, each week is a self contained “sprint” with planning, execution, and review/feedback.

Phase 1:  The 99 kg Challenge, 12 weeks

Phase 2: 10k/Seal PT Challenge

Key outputs: Final phase of the year: a 10k goal, the Navy Seal PT Challenge, and final endurance fitness push. A return to triathlon is TBD, depending on the COVID-19 outcome as well as a specific race date for one or multiple 10ks.
