Project 2018 is kicking off and I’ve been busy this week getting the plan in place along with working on good habits of training, nutrition and sleep. Here’s the plan so far:
- Creating the Strategy
- The Roadmap and Action Plan
- A basic nutrition plan
- A daily scorecard for good habits
In upcoming weeks, I’ll create a weekly dashboard and put together a rough training plan outline. For now though, I have more than enough direction to get moving.
