Week of April 30th: New Habits progress

WEEK 4 OF 36

It’s now 4 weeks into 6 of this first New Habits Phase.  With 2 weeks left until the next phase starts, I thought I would have a look at the dashboards and see what’s working and where I still need to improve.

What’s going well

  • Sleep is a steady 7.5-9 hours per night and good quality
  • Nutrition quality and hydration are both very good

What to improve

  • Still no strength or mobility work
  • Training and overall daily activity should be more consistent
  • Even though I have a calorie deficit most days, I should bring overall intake down a bit more
  • I can improve getting meals and training gear prepared the night before
