WEEK 2 OF 36

Good improvements this week, with a focus on just getting basic execution completed.

What went well

  • A kg of fat loss
  • 7 days of training
  • 6 swim, bike, run sessions
  • 3+ hour hike (leaving me more sore than the SBR sessions)
  • High daily calorie burn
  • Good nutrition quality
  • Habits overall improving

What to improve

  • Still no strength or mobility work
  • Daily planning can be better, especially meal prep
  • Still not hitting calorie targets
